RT Global delivers worldwide. The shipping cost is calculated individually based on the weight of the product and the client’s region.

Delivery Time

The delivery time and schedule are agreed upon with a manager who will contact you as soon as you place your order.

Delivery Address

Delivery is carried out to the address specified when placing the order. If you need to ship the product to a different address, please inform your manager.

Delivery Rules

Upon delivery, you will receive all the necessary original documents, including:

Payment invoices

Universal Transfer Document (UPD) in two copies

Other documents (if applicable)

Please stamp and sign our copies of the documents and send them back.

Please remember to confirm all technical specifications and consumer properties of the purchased product with our manager before making the payment and arranging delivery. The Delivery Service staff are not responsible for providing consultations or comments regarding the consumer properties of the product.
